HR Compliance Review
What good are compliance reviews? They help you assess your human resources policies and practices, including federal and state compliance considerations. These are issues that demand your time and attention when you could better be spending your time running the operations side of your business. We identify, prioritize and explain the compliance side of HR and provide expert and objective feedback. We are your teacher; we don't judge you. We provide you with a written report that you can use as a blueprint going forward to help you implement any needed changes.

We use various evaluation techniques to provide multiple perspectives on the effectiveness of your HR systems and practices. We may interview select managers, employee focus groups or individuals, and review HR files and documents. Our reviews are tailored to your needs.
You receive a comprehensive report that is separated by topic. It includes a narrative of our findings, recommendations for corrective action, and in some cases materials, forms, and other documents to save you the time and trouble of developing them yourself. It also includes checklists so you can assess your progress as you move through completing any necessary follow-up activity. We even prioritize it for you in a succinct executive summary.
